This meal plan is provides you with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options for 5 days (15 meals). It is the perfect meal plan for those constantly on the go, but committed to a healthier lifestyle.  This plan allows you to choose up to 6 different menu items 2 of them must be breakfast items. For and additional price you can pay to substitute breakfast items for extra lunch/dinner. 


Please note the following change to the delivery days: All orders placed by Wednesday will be delivered the following Monday. Any orders received after Wednesday will be processed, prepared (especially for you) and shipped the following Monday. Thank you!

  • You can select up to six from the following options ( a minimum of 1 option must come from the breakfast menu:

    Teriyaki Ground Turkey Meatballs, veggies, and sweet potatoes


    • Option 2:

    Creamy Garlic Tuscan Chicken w/ Spinach over rice (can substitute Salmon for additional price)


    • Option 3:

    Salmon, Veggies, and Baked Sweet Potatoes


    • Option 4:

    Roasted Veggie and herb Salmon Salad served with cilantro dressing


    • Option 5:

    Garlic Butter Chicken with Lemon Asparagus over Mashed Potatoes


    • Option 6:

    Southwest Sweet Potatoes – Stuffed with black beans, sautéed corn, bell pepper, and zucchini, Ground Turkey, and cheese. Served with avocado cream sauce


    • Option 7:

    Whole wheat pasta, with garlic/basil marinara, veggies, and ground chicken. (can substitute pasta for veggie noodles or spaghetti squash)


    • Option 8:

    Cilantro Lime Shrimp Lettuce Wraps (can swap for ground chicken) – served with avocado cream sauce


    • Option 9:

    Chicken Fajitas Bowl over Cilantro Lime Quinoa (can substitute shrimp for additional price)
